This is a California Overlander. 

It has beautiful, but lightweight, birch cabinetry and a PreWay full size apartment range with a large 110v only refer.

The standard layout for the california Overlander of this era was rear twins and a center streetside bath.  In Ohio it was the other way around, rear bath and center twins.
