1956 Caravel 16′

Very first appearance of the Caravel model nameplate. This trailer is exact in structure and layout to a 1955-1957 “Bubble” (with no nameplate), but has a “C” after the serial number. This follows the pattern in the 1956 to 1960 timeframe where the Ohio factory would put a feature package and a model nameplate on a usually nameless smaller trailer and sell it from a dealer’s lot.
