The narrow and shorter Caravelle’s were based upon the Argosy Minuets that was discontinued the year earlier (1979). Designed for the export market, but many were purchased locally in the US by those seeking a slimmer trailer as it was almost a full 8″ narrower. Lore has it they were made for overseas WBCCI Caravans, but by 1980, such trips were a novelty of the past. Came in three sizes, 20′, 22′ and 24′, with the latter having a 25 used as the length in the serial number and some literature, maybe to equal the 25′ Tradewind.
Note that this 25′ Caravelle has a front galley to the right of the door as you go in.
